This programme requires commitment but I promise if you stick to it, you WILL see results.
Once you register, you will be sent your personalised meal plan which includes details of the workouts I would like you to do and when to do them. If you have signed up for my three-month programme, you will be sent your next meal plan towards the end of your first month.
You will also have access to my workout videos and all recipes listed on your meal plan
You will be able to private message me at any time for guidance or motivation and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Whatever your goal, I will be with you every step of the way.
Please note that, though you will have instant access to my videos and recipes, your meal plan is tailored specifically to you and this can take a few hours, especially if you register overnight or on the weekend. I aim to ensure all meal plans are sent out no later than the next working day.
